Gun Gopher is a subsidiary of Saint Louis Arms and was founded by Michael Blank in 2004. Gun Gopher currently is in its initial start up stage. Please come back as this site is developing rapidly to put buyers together with sellers, to provide forums for discussion, to create buyers' and sellers' auctions, to provide gunsmith project bidding service, to provide a comprehensive archive of American Rifleman Magazines all the way back to the 20's, and finally to provide golden but forgotten firearms books from early last century. Also, watch for another Saint Louis Arms subsidiary Top Round for custom loaded ammunition in modern and obsolete ammunition with limited production runs of obsolete ammunition.
Collectors or enthusiasts seeking the special rifle, pistol, or revolver can contact the Gun Gopher and have it located on their behalf. There is no commitment to buy, nor any fee if the desired model is not found. A request can be made even if you don't know for sure the exact model you are looking for. The Gun Gopher will be happy to try and determine the model for you from a picture, a description, or by providing you with pictures to pick from. No request is too small or large. In the future we plan to offer lay away options on most firearm purchases from any dealer.
Dealers send us your inventory so that we can find buyers for you. Soon you will be able to use our site to list your inventory, accept payment, and host your pictures. Join our transfer dealer network to increase your sales even further. Also, soon Gun Gopher will have buyers' auctions where the buyer lists the firearm they want and how much is the maximum they will pay with the best priced dealer getting the sale. As mentioned above we plan on offering financing for you so that you'll get paid immediately and we take any and all financial risk on your behalf. At Gun Gopher we know it isn't easy being an FFL dealer these days, but we plan on making it a bit easier and more profitable for you.
